POSITIONSUMMARY:Responsible for ensuringthe Oyster bar is prepared based on established procedures. Accomplishes allfood preparation, cooking methods, procedures and timing to ensure that allfood product adheres to the specifications and quality standards of CooperRestaurants. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
