WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Ability to apply customer payments in a timely and accurate manner
• Prepare and complete daily virtual bank deposits
• Assist the internal team members with research relevant to payment application 
• Review and process AR corrections
• Complete daily maintenance of AR staff e-mail inbox and review customer inquiries

• Able to work with a team and receive direction and feedback from others
• Positive team player
• Detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong keyboarding skills – typing and data entry

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Work History Requirements:
  • Experience working in office environment 
• Education Requirements:
  • 2 year associate degree in any field – accounting or business preferred 
• Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Some experience with an ERP system for cash application
