With a commitment to our vision that strong relationships drive strong results and better business, our people make Cooper Machinery Services legendary. Job Overview:The Warehouse Manager will support the business by managing daily operations of warehouse activities - facilities, equipment, documentation, safety & health, etc. To monitor and improve warehouse efficiency and stock management, inventory control. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:In the role of a Warehouse Manager, you will: Oversee and manage daily operations of warehouseImplement housekeeping and organizational measures to ensure a logical, safe and accurate warehouse spaceManage costs associated with shipping/receiving, determine areas for improvement, implement changes as neededand remaining under budget.Ensure ERP visibility of systematic storage and retrieval of all materialsSupport shop production and service/repair schedule by making sure orders are issued and completed and closed in a timely manner.Maintain 95% On Time performance on outbound parts orders.Monitor inventory adjustments and establish corrective measures to proactively correct shortages/overagesManage and Monitor Cycle Counting Program to increase inventory record accuracy to 98% or higherLead annual physical inventory by organizing timing and resources to minimize the impact to the businessImplement continuous development programs across people and systems, to improve team capabilities, workflow quality, costs and return on investments.
