• Support a culture of continuous process improvement within the Cooper Health System. Manage or support process improvement initiatives that deliver measurable results in partnership with project sponsors, process owners and other Operational Excellence team members.• Engage with internal stakeholders to evaluate and implement tools to standardize workflows, transform processes and progress from volume to value. • Support health system strategic initiatives with portfolio, project, and change management
Lead or Co-lead Lean Six Sigma and other (process improvement, change management, project management) methodology from project request to transition back to sponsors and process owners, delivering quality, service, and safety improvements and cost savings for the departments involved and for the health system.
Lead large and system-wide projects in support of Cooper’s strategic initiatives collaborating with program/project managers across the health system in support of Cooper’s strategic initiatives and high priority objectives.
Work closely with champions, sponsors, stakeholders, informatics and IT staff to create tactics, approach and timelines for projects, focusing on clinical/business process improvements.
Provide training of tools and methodologies throughout the organization to build a continuous improvement culture.
Coach green belts and help build an organizational knowledge base and improvement toolkit in Lean and Six Sigma.
Develop a data driven culture in projects following LSS methodology
