Job Description:We are currently seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as eSports Gaming Center Team Members. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering outstanding service to our customers and creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for gamers of all backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing information about our gaming center, events, and services.
• Operate gaming equipment and assist customers with setup, troubleshooting, and technical support as needed.
• Monitor gaming areas to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all customers, enforcing center policies and rules as necessary.
• Assist with organizing and running gaming tournaments, events, and promotions.
• Keep gaming center facilities clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the gaming center.

Requirements:

• Passion for gaming and eSports, with knowledge of popular games and gaming culture.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a positive and welcoming manner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work as early as 8am and as late as 3am
• Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
