Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Kitchen Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing a variety of commercial kitchen appliances and machines. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of technical experience and a solid background in refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, and HVAC systems. Strong diagnostic skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service are essential.

Qualifications/Skill Requirements:
- 2 years of technical experience with refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, and HVAC
- Possession of a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving history
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to identify complex problems promptly
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
- Willingness to continuously update knowledge and skills through ongoing training and professional development opportunities
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively with clients in a professional manner
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team while adhering to deadlines
- Proficiency in using smartphones and tablets effectively for remote communication and time tracking
Responsibilities:
- Travel to client locations to install new equipment, respond to service requests, and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on commercial food service equipment, including refrigeration equipment, cooking equipment, beverage equipment, and dish machines
- Lift, carry, pull, and push components and/or equipment as needed
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain a neat and orderly service vehicle, along with accurate parts and tool inventory
