• Excellent customer service skills for effective communication
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, adhering to deadlines
• Experience working inside a Chick-fil-A kitchen as a technician or employee
• Willingness to learn both hot and cold side equipment

Responsibilities:
As a Chick-fil-A Commercial Kitchen Technician, you will:

• Travel to client locations to install new equipment, respond to service requests, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical training
• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on commercial food service equipment, focusing on Chick-fil-A appliances
• Lift, carry, pull, and push equipment to test, set up, or maintain it
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
• Adhere strictly to safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions
• Ensure timely and professional installation of ordered parts, maintaining a neat and orderly service vehicle and accurate inventory
