Your Impact

• Delivering operational excellence, working in strategic areas of the business, both BOH and FOH to exemplify ideal behavior and identify training needs
• Creating training initiatives based on identified restaurant needs, new product and system rollouts
• Intake new hires and completely oversee their 1st 30 days in the business
• Working directly alongside new hires providing on the job training to ensure readiness for CFA success
• Developing aspiring leaders, helping provide a clear growth path for team members to grow through all tiers of leadership
• Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food & team safety
• Increasing overall restaurant results, working cross-functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals

Background Profile

• 2 years of Leadership experience
• Experience in training, coaching or teaching
• Assertive & friendly personality
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• Hospitality experience (preferred)
• Passion for Chick-fil-A's values
