Cooney, Scully and Dowling, a prominent mid-size Hartford law firm, seeks an experienced corporate legal assistant to assist with a wide variety of transactional matters, with an emphasis on nonprofit corporate work. Job duties will include supporting multiple attorneys, communicating with clients, preparing and filing documents with various courts, land records, and government agencies, organizing and maintaining files as well as calendaring, billing, and general clerical tasks.

Strong organizational skills and an ability to work well under pressure and ability to multitask are important requirements for this position. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
