HB Lodge staff are expected to work as a team to accomplish a wide variety of tasks in order to assure the best experience for our clients.

Examples of Duties & Responsibilities :

AM Shift (4am-1pm) :

• Prepare breakfast every morning
• Daily housekeeping for guest rooms
• Greeting clients
• These duties are an outline of the job responsibilities but may change due to the needs of the lodge and our clients

Mid Shift (10am-7pm) :

• Greeting clients
• Cleaning common areas as needed
• Assist in the kitchen with lunch
• Assist incoming or outgoing client with bags
• These duties are an outline of the job responsibilities but may change due to the needs of the lodge and our clients

PM Shift (12pm-9pm) :

• Assist with checking clients in and taking them to rooms
• Assist with kitchen prep for dinner
• Set dinner placings on dining room tables
• Serving clients dinner
• These duties are an outline of the job responsibilities but may change due to the needs of the lodge and our clients

Driver Shift (10am-7pm) :

• Responsible for cleaning shuttle vehicles
• Will drive shuttle vehicles to and from airports to pick up and drop off clients
• Must have a clean driving record (verification required)
• When there are no airport runs the driver will fall in with mid shift duties

Staff Camp Cook Shift (hour may vary)

• Clean and maintain staff camp kitchen
• Cook lunch and dinner for all staff (40-45 people)

Shifts can be requested during the interview process but no shift is guaranteed. All shift assignments will be based on what is best for the lodge.

Honey Brake reserves the right to change shift assignments to ensure business continuity.

Housing and meals are provided in addition to a monthly salary of $2,450 Completion Bonus Performance Bonus.

Position dates are November 1st - February 1st.
