JOB SUMMARY

The Customer Accounts Specialist is responsible for customers/accounts management and for tracking ongoing projects operations to ensure providing the highest level of quality of service, as well as complying with customers’ requirements and company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manages and serves as the main contact person for assigned customers/accounts
  • Ensures accurate and timely project tracking.
  • Verifies quotes with the sales team before submitting them to customers.
  • Resolves problems and issues for assigned customers/accounts ensuring their expectations and requirements are met.
  • Provides regular reports, analysis, and improvement measures on ongoing and completed projects.
  • Collaborate and communicate with internal departments as well as external vendors, as needed.
  • Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical, and professional manner.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education and/or experience equivalent to 3 years of progressive Account Management or specialized customer support. A degree is preferable.
  • Knowledge of refrigeration and the HVAC industry is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, set and balance competing priorities with good organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to solve problems and apply good judgment.
  • Excellent verbal/nonverbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including an ability to proactively address customer issues and concerns and the ability to forge strong working relationships with customers.
  • Track record of punctuality and reliability.
  • Ability to use typical business tools including MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, CRM, etc.
  • Ability to understand and follow customers’ contract requirements, scorecards, etc.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work constructively in a team environment and follow instructions from the Manager.
  • Ability to understand and follow all company policies and procedures and all applicable State and Federal laws.
  • Ability to respond to after hours and/or weekend calls and resolve issues if needed.
