JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to Call Center / Afterhours Supervisor, the Call Center Representative 3 (Team Lead) provides expertise and guidance for all Call Center and Afterhours Dispatch Representatives.

Schedule :

Open Availability - hours are 2-11pm MST

Business Responsibilities :

  • Monitor inbound call / email volumes, service levels, and queues
  • Receive incoming phone calls / emails and service inquiries from customers and service personnel
  • Resolve team members questions in a timely manner
  • Work with other departments / personnel where necessary to research and resolve customer questions / issues
  • Complete weekly quality assurance evaluations
  • Provide verbal coaching to call center / afterhours dispatch representatives
  • Communicate information / department changes to call center / afterhours dispatch representatives
  • Conduct department training as needed
  • Escalate issues / concerns to Supervisor when necessary
  • Carry out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical, and professional manner
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Call Center Representative 3 Qualifications / Skills :

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements :

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Minimum 12 months experience in specific industry
  • Advanced supervisory experience a plus
