Role Overview
We are seeking a part-time, 32-hour Patient Services Representative (PSR) to support the practice onsite. The schedule for this role is 4 weekdays 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm.
The PSR serves as the face of our medical group and plays a key role in managing the patient experience on the reception / administrative support side.
We are looking for well-rounded customer service professionals who can multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in this high-volume outpatient setting!

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Familiarity with insurance payers preferred.
- Minimum of six (6) months reception or customer service experience required, preferably in a health care setting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
