Overview:
We are currently seeking a professional and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The Receptionist will play a key role in maintaining the efficient operation of our office by handling administrative tasks and providing support to our team members. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member
- Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

• Skills:

- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Quickbooks Online
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Accurate typing skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skill

• -Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
