Cool City Brewing is a brewery, restaurant, and coffee shop all wrapped into one amazing space which connects people to the heart of downtown Two Rivers WI. We specialize in flights, and have the perfect blend of craft beer, food, and coffee, in an atmosphere unlike any other in Manitowoc County. Together Let’s Fly!

Guest Servers are key players, and, along with the entire front of house team, are the face of Cool City. Ideally, they have prior serving experience, or are quick learners. They are always focused on delivering great hospitality.

Our servers enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and should expect to work a variety of shifts; including nights and weekends, consistent with business operating hours.

Job Responsibilities:

• Interacts with guests in a friendly and fast manner.
• Greets all guests with a positive attitude and invites guests back every time
• Educates guests on our menu, specials, and makes personal recommendations
• Educate guests on our order process, and also take orders for guests which includes: food, coffee, beer, cocktails, mocktails, and merchandise.
• Learns of any food allergies
• Deliver food and drinks to guests, insuring their order is correct and satisfactory
• Enter orders and complete transactions efficiently and accurately
• Keeps the dining room clean, busses tables, sanitizes set tables, etc.
• Helps with opening / closing duties across all areas of the restaurant
• Check ID of guests in polite manner and make sure they are not over-served
• Make sure great experience has taken place and invite them back
• Is Cross-trained and willing to assist in other areas as directed

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• Highschool diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends
• Ability to withstand extended standing, walking, bending stooping, lifting, up to #30.
• Food safety and sanitation knowledge preferred
• Knowledge of Toast Point of Sale preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
