A Cook Store Manager is a highly motivated, detail-oriented, results driven leader with an entrepreneurial spirit. They actively drive sales while creating a great experience for our customers. At Cook, character counts!

What will you be Responsible for?

Service existing accounts and obtain orders.
Assist in resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, develop solutions, and make recommendations to management.
Achieving financial objectives by effectively controlling expenses.
Identifying current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers to understand service needs.
Utilize social media platforms to generate revenue.
Operate a safe, clean and well-organized store.
Maintaining operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures.

What are the “Nice-to-Haves”?

Familiarity with basic construction or storage sheds
Knowledge of trailers and aftermarket automotive accessories
Strong mechanical skills
Strong community awareness or involvement.
Commission sales experience.
