Responsibilities

• Assist customers with the order process from start to finish.
• Answer emails and phones with professionalism and efficiency
• Edit spreadsheets to enter product data
• Assist in warehouse with lifting, shelving, moving wood products for inventory
• Assist in outdoor photography with handling boards and wood blanks
• Learn about exotic and domestic hardwoods to help customers select wood for amazing projects
• Use creativity and enthusiasm in all aspects of your job!

Qualifications

• High level of proficiency in written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility to work with changing business needs
• Creativity and high level of integrity in customer service
• High level of organizational skills and prioritization with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to lift boards to assist in inventory and picture taking
• Ability to stoop, bend, stand, lift, twist, sit
• Fast Typing Speed (Minimum 60 wpm)
• Proficiency in multiple computer programs
