Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Your primary duties will include monitoring CCTV systems, conducting patrols, responding to incidents, and enforcing security protocols.

Duties:
- Monitor and operate CCTV systems to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Conduct regular patrols to identify and address any security risks or breaches
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms
- Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering the premises
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Conduct investigations into security incidents and prepare detailed reports
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents

Experience:
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques
- First Aid/CPR certification is a plus
- Familiarity with conflict management techniques
- Understanding of loss prevention strategies

Skills:
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Proficient in using security equipment and technology
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and procedures
