ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in software design, development, and deployment activities.
- Ensure data security and compliance with organizational standards.
- Monitor and adapt to technological changes impacting system security
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project objectives.
- Engage in Agile methodologies for software development.
- Fill gaps in development as required and demonstrate a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Support project management activities as needed.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Java/Scala programming.
- Familiarity with AWS services and deploying data solutions on cloud platforms.
- Experience with Microservice architecture and event-driven systems like Kafka.
- Knowledge of Go language is desirable.
- Have a background in back-end technologies, including API Rest Interfaces & SQL.
- Experience working with healthcare data, including but not limited to eligibility, claims, payments, and risk adjustment datasets.
- Strong programming/debugging skills, with a hands-on approach
- Relevant certifications in AWS or software engineering would be a plus.
