Pediatric CHHA Field RN - Make an Impact

Key Responsibilities:

Assess patient eligibility for in-home care services.

Provide comprehensive orientation and supervision for home health aide personnel.

Actively participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to elevate patient care.

Qualifications:

• Welcoming New Grads!
• Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current RN license in the state of New York (NYS).
• Prior experience in home care or pediatric nursing is a plus.
