Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our facility and ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning properly. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance process
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Manage and prioritize work orders, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance issues and support production goals
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, materials used, and costs incurred

Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with troubleshooting and repairing equipment
- Proficiency in logic controllers and low voltage systems
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and their maintenance requirements
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
