Overview

We are seeking a motivated Generator Utility Sales Representative to join our team at our facility in Bothell, WA, 98012. We are a small Company that has been in business for more than forty years and are in need of someone who is energetic and enthusiastic about increasing our Market penetration and building relationships within our industry.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to create Sales Quotes based from single line diagrams, required list of material and hours needed to complete the project
• Responsible for scoping new sales opportunities through a variety of methods (Internet, Industry Associates, etc.)
• Demonstrates the ability to collaborate cross-fuctionally with Operations and Finance to define customer need, project scope, profitability and scheduling
• Responsible for gathering and synthesizing market data or specific industry information to recommend targeted sales initiatives
• Must adhere to all Company Policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are followed
• Must demonstrate the ability to achieve required timelines and deliverables
• Presents excellent prioritization skills and strong attention to detail

Qualifications

• 4 Year Degree from a Technical School or College is required
• Minimum of 5 years experience with industrial or electrical equipment
• Must have sales experience with OEM and supplier negotiation
• Diesel/Hydro/Solar Power Generation experience is a plus
• Moderate comprehension of contracts and terms and condition statements
• Ability to understand technical documentation, such as a single-line diagram or equipment specification
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to solve complex problems in support of business strategy
• Desire to develop skills through training, coaching and counseling
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without Company Sponsorship

Salary info:

$43 - $49 / hr
