Imprinting Specialist

Controlled Holdings, an Indiana Best Places to Work and award-winning manufacturer of HVAC controls, is currently seeking a Motivated… Detailed…and Creative, Imprinting Specialist. The ideal candidate is a creative, self-motivated team player who can work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and who is determined to make every project his or her absolute best.

Key Job Functions

• Train and master how to imprint thermostats
• Unbox thermostats, repackage once dry
• Line thermostat up with machine to imprint with quality
• Setup and breakdown of imprinting machines
• Train on Corel Draw, learn to make clichés
• Do whatever it takes to make the customer happy

Other Responsibilities

• Assist with product assembly as needed
• Participate in all physical inventories and company training sessions
• Complete all tasks in a safe and professional manner
• Ability to work overtime as requested
• Any other tasks or projects as requested

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail – perfectionist!
• Intermediate computer skills
• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Able to stand, bend, twist, stoop, and climb ladders on a frequent basis
