Role Description

This is a full-time role located in our Dallas TX (Southlake) office for a Product Development Manager at ControlExpert. The Product Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks associated with product development, including market research, (R&D), and product management. They will play a key role in driving the success of our products and ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, for multiple AI powered auto insurance products
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends
- Define product roadmap and prioritize features based on business goals and customer feedback
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to develop detailed product requirements and specifications
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment on product vision
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on product features and improve user experience
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of product initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software development, product management, and user experience

  • Continuously manage and improve our global product catalog of our digital portfolio.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with stakeholders to define requirements and manage expectations for greater efficiency in product development and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously review and improve requirements management processes.
  • Evaluate and specify product inquiries based on business cases, strategy, and company vision.
  • Leading product teams as a link between project management, operations, IT, and research & development
  • Professional communication of product results with internal top management as well as external customers
  • Expand ControlExpert's U.S. operations by monitoring technological market trends and evaluating their applicability to global markets.
  • Management and implementation of national, international, and strategic products in close cooperation with top management
