Job Brief:
The Parts Technician will provide customer service to a client by responding to questions about specific parts and/or completes the order process for new or replacement parts for the project or job. This role is also responsible for ensuring orders are accurate, compiled in a timely fashion and has the field technician and customer as a main focus.
