Evaluate, troubleshoot, document, repair, and reassemble electrical and mechanical functionality on modules according to engineering drawings, notes, and schematics. You will work on Fleet management, Timeclock, and Electrical vehicle charging systems. The role requires an initiative-taking individual who enjoys learning new skills and working in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Two years of previous related work experience, or AS degree in electrical or electronic engineering.
Ability to follow schematics and other instructions to troubleshoot to the discrete component level.
Experience using oscilloscopes and DMMs.
Experience using soldering equipment and hand tools to install electronic parts and hardware.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and diagrams, to determine the method and sequence to assemble a piece of equipment, reference material to install, and diagnose and repair electromechanical and computer-based equipment.
Computer literacy with common Microsoft products, using ping tests, tftp, telnet and DOS commands.
Other job duties may include:
Pulling parts from the stockroom.
Communicate with customers as required.
Interface with Tech Support and Engineering departments as required.
Local travel for off site support and equipment repair/replacement..
