We are seeking a full-time Administrative/Customer Service Supervisor to help our customers inquiring about our programs, services, and assist with forms and applications at our Colton area office and surrounding areas.

Job Details:

• The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the day to day supervision of 6-10 employees in multiple locations in Southern California.
• Will be responsible for day to day administrative support, recruitment, terminations, personnel performance reviews & payroll process.
• Travel & site visits required on a monthly basis.
• Responsible for training staff and providing location coverage when necessary.
• Will be required to ensure that operations run smoothly in multiple locations.
• Review staff performance daily and monitor productivity rate, prepare reports on their management, that may be in the form of personnel or procedural changes. Ensure the overall productivity and quality of service for multiple locations.
• Assist customers as needed.
• Must possess good oral and written communication skills, ability to train employees on policies and company operational procedures.
• Must be able to provide support, motivate and manage their employees daily.
• Must have and be able to convey a positive and can-do attitude for our employees.
• Must be able to work closely with all members of the management team.

Requirements:

• Education: Must have a high school diploma.
• Supervisory experience: 4-5 years of relevant work experience and strong supervisory skills.
• Experience managing multiple locations desired but not required.
• Spanish: Required
• Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks, strong phone and email (outlook) skills, data entry experience, and customer service skills required.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday Typical Office Business Hours (Varies)

Salary: $66,560.00 per year plus potential monthly bonuses

Supplemental pay types:
