Assistant Director of Nursing Pediatric Home Care - Charlotte, NC

Continuum Pediatric Nursing Services is seeking an RN for an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) role in our Charlotte, NC office. The ADON manages all aspects of assigned Private Duty Nursing cases including responsibility as direct report for all nurses assigned to the cases. The ADON works closely with staffing personnel to cooperatively manage the administrative aspects of the cases including: scheduling, human resource matters and payroll and billing concerns. The ADON also serves as a resource for the patients and their families and is a point of contact for referral sources, payer sources, physicians and regulatory bodies related to the assigned cases. ADON’s also participate in conducting interviews, competency assessment, hiring and orienting of new field personnel. Services are provided to patients in their home and ADON’s travel to homes every 60 days to assess patients per regulations.

Qualifications
- RN License
- Management and supervising experience
- Nursing administration expertise
- Familiarity with EMR and EHR systems
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Experience In Pediatrics and Home Care a plus
