Onboarding Coordinator responsibilities:
Recruiting and Onboarding:
·Review applicants within the applicant tracking system
·Schedule interviews
·Conduct thorough interviews and determine suitability for hire using an interview assessment process
·Conduct all background checks prior to hire
·Verify candidate credentials
·Complete thorough documentation within applicant tracking system and scheduling software
·Work in conjunction with the scheduling and care teams to find the ideal candidates to fulfill company needs
·Maintain top-tier communication and build rapport with candidates from application through their first assigned shift
Administrative Duties:
·Data entry
·Maintain electronic employee Files
·Collect new hire documentation and review for accuracy
·Scan, copy, and fax documents
·Answer phones and triage calls
·Accept other miscellaneous duties as assigned
On-Call Duties:
·Ability to fill-in an On-Call rotation to support the business after hours
Onboarding Coordinator Position Requirements:
·A good working knowledge and understanding of the private duty home care business.
·Ability to relate to individuals at all levels; inside staff, on-call staff, candidates and clients
·Teamplayer
·Considerable skills in recruiting and interviewing techniques
·Excellent follow through, sense of urgency and attention to detail
·Computer proficiency
·High School Degree or Equivalent
·Home Care administrative experience preferred
