Construction Manager – Semi-Custom Homes

Location: SE Florida/Palm Beach, Boca Raton

Unique, semi-custom homes opportunity - Superintendents with shell OR interior OR start to finish residential experience!

Due to retirement & growth, seeking (3) Construction Managers to oversee projects of semi-custom homes ranging from $700K- $3Mil (2,000-7,000 sq. ft). Make a difference as you oversee all phases of construction, from planning to implementation, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction. MUST be willing to work rotating Saturdays (once/mo) with additional pay.

Seeking candidates experienced in GROUND-UP PRODUCTION residential construction, solid job stability and clean background check.

Compensation: $100k-$125k discretionary bonus $7K truck allowance and comprehensive benefit package.
