SUMMARY:

We are looking for an Accounting Clerk/Bookkeeper to provide support to our accounting department. You will process the daily sales invoicing and generate the daily sales reports. You will also make collections calls to customers, send out email accounts receivables statements, and process deposits in our accounting software. When necessary, you will also assist with payables invoicing. We prefer candidates who have accounting experience. This position requires excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process part sales invoicing and blade sales invoicing.
• Responsible for Accounts Receivable collection calls.
• Prepares Daily Sales Reporting.
• Prepares and posts the deposits.
• Prepares monthly accounts receivable and accounts payable reports.
• Assisting with Accounts Payable entry of vendor invoices.
• Assists Accounting Manager with various projects and other requests.
• Assists with other projects and tasks as necessary.
• Demonstrate the DoALL Sawing Products Core Values daily.
• Offer assistance and suggestions whenever possible and appropriate.
• Maintaining bookkeeping and office accounting records.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Post-Secondary degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of Bookkeeping/Accounting experience.
• Great customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent Organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team.
• Ability to analyze and research information to resolve issues.
• Previous experience with Microsoft Navision ERP a plus, but not required.
