We value the positive impact our business brings to the communities we serve and are looking for a candidate to join our team that has the same outlook on customer service. Title: Inside Sales Representative (ISR) Reports To: Typically reports to Branch ManagerClassification: Full-Time/Part-Time, Regular, Non-Exempt ExclusivelyNormal Hours: Commonly an eight-hour shift scheduled between 7 AM and 6 PM, Monday-Friday with potential for occasional weekends/overtime General Description (major areas of responsibility of this position):A person in this position develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers primarily by phone to increase sales. Provides support to customers over the phone and may conduct visits as necessary demonstrating superior customer service by processing orders, preparing regular and accurate reporting and fulfilling customer needs to ensure high customer satisfaction. Retains current customers, improves current customer relationships, obtains referrals form current customers, and grows sales volume and profitability with current customers. Generates leads continually. Excellence is demonstrated consistently and process improvements are contributed.Minimum Qualifications:Formal Training (courses, degrees, and credentials required):AA Degree or equivalentExperience (type and amount of experience required): Meeting the below KSAVs andMinimum 3 months working as a M.I.T. for the Company at mentor level, with high success in profitable sales and customer retention, orMinimum 1 year working for the Company in any capacity at mentor level, with high success in profitable inside/outside sales and customer retention within that position, orMinimum of 1 year experience in a battery-industry, inside/outside sales capacity, with high success in profitable inside/outside sales and customer retention within that position, orMinimum 2 years working in an inside sales capacity, with high success in profitable inside sales and customer retention within that position
