We are actively looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk for our Newark, NJ office.
Job Description:

Continental Auto Parts' new warehouse totals over 500,000 square feet and serves as a model with one of the first fully functioning electronic order processing systems for the after-market automotive parts industry. Our company is currently seeking Accounts Receivable Clerks to join our team!
Number of Positions Available: 1
Reports to: Accounts Receivable Manager
Job Overview:
Accounts Receivable & Collections
Responsibilities:
- Collect and process payments daily.
- Check the accuracy of business transactions.
- Perform data entry and administrative duties.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Accounts Receivable Manager.
- Collections - 5 Years Experience
Qualifications:
- Must Have 5 Years Experience with Collections
- Accounting Processing
- Strong organizational skills.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication skills.
- Customer Service Skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Spreadsheets).
- Must be able to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment, work in teams, stay positive and consistent.
- Experience in Accounts Receivable for at least 5 years.
Salary:
$17.00 per hour (salary also depends on experience)

- Whitehall, OH: Relocate before starting work (Required)
