Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. If you have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers

- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Handle cash transactions accurately

- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar

- Assist in restocking inventory and supplies as needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role preferred

- Strong knowledge of mixology and drink recipes

- Familiarity with cash handling procedures

- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change

- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for guests

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices

- Experience using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
