Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Coordinate and oversee administrative procedures and systems
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring
- Handle basic HR functions such as employee onboarding and maintaining personnel records
- Manage payroll processes and maintain accurate records
- Supervise office staff, including clerical and administrative personnel
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- Coordinate training development for staff
- Maintain office equipment and supplies inventory
- Plan and coordinate office events
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or similar role
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and office management systems
- Familiarity with medical office management practices is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette
- Experience with phone systems and handling multiple lines
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
