Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial accounting, balance sheet reconciliation, and payroll processing. Experience with LIHTC, accrual accounting, and accounts receivable is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Conduct payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and audits
- Collaborate with internal teams to support financial decision-making
- Maintain documentation of financial transactions and compliance records

Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) regulations
- Strong knowledge of accrual accounting principles
- Experience in accounts receivable management
- Familiarity with wills, trusts, and estate law is a plus
- Ability to perform balance sheet reconciliations accurately
- Skilled in account reconciliation processes
- Competence in payroll processing procedures
- Demonstrated financial acumen and understanding of financial concepts
