A manufacturing automation company specializing in packaging and conveyor systems for the food processing and beverage industry is seeking an Automation & Controls Technician to troubleshoot, monitor, and perform preventive maintenance in industrial machinery.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, monitor, and perform preventive maintenance in industrial machinery for secondary and end-of-line food packaging.
• Generate electrical schematics utilizing AutoCAD Electrical software.
• Manage PLC/PAC, HMIs, data collection systems, and SCADA applications.
• Understanding and troubleshooting power and electrical controls

Qualifications and Skills

• 5 years of related experience
• Experience with ABB robotics and Kuka robotics
• Experience with AutoCAD Electrical, FactoryTalk, RSLogixs, SQL, Ignition (SCADA)
• Experience with Kinetix Servo Drives, pneumatics, NFPA79/UL508A standards, and Robotics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
