About

A Mechanical Contractor specializing in Building Automation Systems, HVAC, & Energy Management Systems for commercial buildings, schools, hospitals, banks, and other facilities is looking for a Building Automation Systems Technician to install, schedule preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and servicing BAS, HVAC and Energy Systems for commercial buildings, and mission-critical facilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform installations, troubleshooting, inspections, preventative maintenance and repairs on BAS, DDC Control systems, and HVAC systems.
  • Provide input, data, improvements, efficiencies, and risk analysis for short and long-term client development.
  • Oversee contractors' electrical installations.
  • Evaluate energy-efficient initiatives.
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience with Distech, Triduum Niagara, Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, and Jhonson controls.
  • Experience with HVAC controls, FDD Hardware installation, DDC Control systems.
  • Experience with Automated Logic commissioning tools and field circuit debugging skills.
  • 5 years of experience with Building Automation Systems, Control Systems, integration, and HVAC and Energy systems in mission-critical and commercial facilities.
  • Experience with: VAVs, Exhaust Fans, Unit Vents, AHUs, Hot Water Systems, Chiller Water Systems, and Lighting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
