Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the recruitment of all open positions within CMC
Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
scheduling and conducting initial interviews
Scheduling and communicating pre-employment screening, tests, and background checks
Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees
Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives
Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping
Work with HR manager and hiring managers to ensure job descriptions are accurate
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
Working alongside other departments to create recruiting materials
Attending and representing job fairs as a CMC representative

Experience/Competencies:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources/business or related field preferred.

Must possess interpersonal skills, excellent communication, knowledge of technological recruitment tools, understanding of recruiting concepts, excellent time management, ability to plan and meet goals timely, knowledge of interview techniques.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Driving to various properties to conduct in-person assessment and interviews
