Looking for a reliable and kind individual to spend some time with an intelligent, chill, fun young lady in the community or in your home. She loves animals so would be very happy if you have pets. She is comfortable with other kiddos as well, and is mostly excited looking to get out of the house and do something fun. She would even be happy with going for a drive and listening to music.

Schedule: 8 hours/week, 1 weekend/month. FLEXIBLE days: Weekdays after 4:30pm (Mon & Wed – not available), Weekends open availability.

Pay: $12.60/hour

Location: Eau Claire, WI

TASKS:

• Puzzles & word searches
• Going on drives
• Loves animals
• Open to trying new experiences (museums, ice skating, horseback riding, etc.)
• RESPITE WILL BE DONE IN PROVIDERS HOME/IN THE COMMUNITY

Requirements*:

• Willing to undergo a caregiver background check prior to hire
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

*Must be able to successfully pass a background check before being hired. If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN’s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.
