Respite care is an excellent way for primary caregivers to get a much-needed break! Consumer Direct Care Network works with the Children's Long-Term Support (CLTS) Program to help children with disabilities get respite providers. An Ideal candidate must live in Green Bay or surrounding area! Caregiver for boy, which would take place in the member’s home/or out in the community.

Respite provider

Location: Green Bay

Wage: $14.13/hour

Hours:

• Up to 10 Hours a week

Any day after 2:00 or all day Wednesday, Saturday or Sunday

• After school hours and weekends as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Positive attitude, caring and understanding individual.
• Reliable
• Can redirect behaviors
• Autism experience

The Member Enjoys:

• Someone who likes the same activities
• Being Active
• Parks, bowling, swimming, and trampolines

Needs:

• Meal prep
• Supervision and redirection
• Grooming cues and reminders

Requirements:

• Provide 1:1 Supports
• Willing to undergo a caregiver background check prior to hire
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
