Dog and cat lovers this job is for you! This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, achieving productivity and sales goals, and opening and closing store. Our online sales are rapidly growing and we need to move our sales and marketing initiatives to foster this growth

Responsible for achieving sales and service level targets, ensuring every customer is served in a timely manner, and managing customer inquiries.

Coordinate events and marketing programs to educate and celebrate a happy and healthy life for our dog and cat customers!

Manages shift responsibilities and complete all reports.

Responsible for completing sales transactions and daily cash management, organizing appropriate transfers of products between stores, completing customer records and requested reports, running periodical physical stock inventory, placing orders, and checking deliveries.

Assist with social media and marketing programs.

Ensures boutique is clean, organized and maintains visually appealing displays.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements ;

Experience selling via Facebook and Instagram a plus

Key holder and 2 years experience in retail management.

Manager must be dependable, have an outstanding attendance record, disciplined, self-driven, enterprising, and efficient.

Possess excellent written and oral communication, good leadership skills, effective merchandising and strong organization skills; multi-tasking abilities, and knowledgeable in the products being sold.

Proficiency with use of computers and software such as MS Word, Excel, Publisher, and MS Outlook.

Ability to work weekends, average 34 hours per week.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, and standing on feet.
