JOB DESCRIPTION
The State of Mississippi is looking for an intermediate level Microsoft .Net Developer. This individual will be asked to participate and perform at every level of the development life cycle. Requirements gathering, design, development, testing/ QA, implementation, training, and maintenance. This position will require 100% onsite from day one.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- 7 years' experience with ASP.NET utilizing Web Forms (MVC EXPERIENCE WILL NOT APPLY)
- 7 years' experience with VB.NET (or) C#
- 7 years' experience with Visual Studio 2010 or later
- 7 years' experience with SQL Server 2008 or later
- 7 years' experience with JavaScript
- 7 years' experience with HTML/CSS
- 5 years' experience with AJAX
- 3 years' experience with jQuery
- 2 years' experience with Bootstrap
- 2 years' experience with JSON
- 3 years' experience with XML
- 1 year experience with Data conversion/migration
- 3 years' experience with Writing complex SQL queries, Functions & Store Procedures
- 2 years' experience with Writing console and batch applications for data interfaces
- 2 years' experience with Developing web services using WCF - Windows Communication Foundation
- 1 year experience with Team Foundation Server/ GIT Source Code Management
- Experience Developing and Maintaining Payment Applications
- Experience with Licensing & Permitting Application Development & Maintenance .
- Experience with Time & Attendance Applications Development & Maintenance
- Data conversion/migration (excluding DTS & SSIS migration packages)
- Crystal Reports Designer
- Experience with FoxPro Version 9
- Bachelor's degree
