Desktop Technician

Provide onsite support and remote desktop for end users working remote for a variety of issues. Identify, research and resolve technical problems by monitoring systems and responding as required to ensure continuous computer support to the site. Respond to escalated incidents as well as telephone calls, email and chat requests for technical support from end users. Provide and is responsible for computer peripherals, mobile devices, printers and telephones. PC imaging for WIN10 and hands on experience is a must.
Monitor systems and respond as required to ensure continuous computer support for a 24x7 (365) facility. Assist others to setup, test, maintain, configure and troubleshooting of equipment using established procedures. Assist in the installation and answer routine questions related to hardware and software and be active in various IT related projects/tasks.
