Overview:

We are seeking an Entry Level Plumbing Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our construction projects by accurately estimating costs and providing valuable insights for decision-making. If you have a strong background in construction estimating and project management, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine accurate cost estimates

- Collaborate with project managers, vendors and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating

- Utilize industry-standard software such as BuilderTrend and Quickbooks to create accurate cost estimates

- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best pricing for materials and services

- Develop comprehensive bid proposals and submit them within designated deadlines

- Assist in contract review and ensure compliance with project requirements

Experience:

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

- Ability to work on platforms such as BuilderTrend and Quickbooks. Or the capacity to learn the software.

- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail

- Strong negotiation skills to obtain competitive pricing from suppliers and subcontractors

- Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and other construction documents

- Effective communication skills to collaborate with various contacts.
