Construction Search Group is Hiring an Electrical Estimator Near Baltimore, MD

Our client leads the way across the Mid-Atlantic region building industrial and commercial electrical systems using the highest quality and standards that modern construction demands.

We are searching confidentially for a sharp Electrical Estimator with Commercial and some Industrial Electrical experience for a career opportunity in the greater Baltimore, MD area.

\*Compensation includes up to $130,000 base salary to start (based on experience), 5 figure performance bonus, 401k match, full family medical coverage, truck and gas card, paid vacation, disability insurance, vision, pto, dental, sick leave and holidays as well as a great working environment along with many other perks.

\*The ideal candidate will have 5-20 years related Commercial Electrical Estimating experience.

\*Industrial experience a plus.

\*Experience a plus with medium volt, generators, lighting, electrical panels, substation, voice and data, switch gears, upgrades to electrical distribution, run feeders for EV.

\*Journeyman Electrician

\*Bid commercial/industrial electrical projects from $1 million to over $20 million.

\*Computer estimating experience utilizing Accubid, bluebeam and open to others.

\*Accurately and efficiently track job costs

\*Accurately and efficiently produce a budget for each project

\*Attend all project meetings

\*Write RFI’s and Change Orders when needed, Send information to Admin for submission

\*Interesting and challenging projects.
