Construction Project Manager

Duties:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
- Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements

Skills:

Must have high end retail build out experience
- Proficient in Primavera or similar project management software
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with Civil 3D or similar design software is a plus
- Experience with ProCore or other construction management software is preferred
- Strong contract negotiation and management skills
