SUMMARY:
The Profit Center/branch manager directs the overall activities of the location to serve the customers within the company’s target market in an extraordinary manner so that the company’s brand name and reputation continue to flourish. This position works to earn an acceptable rate of return on sales after incentive compensation and maintain a healthy cash flow. Additionally, the Profit Center/branch manager invests time and money in personnel development.
