The Job:

As a Quality Manager, you’ll be part of our Quality team working as an on-site employee. You’ll get to:

  • Audit existing quality systems and design and implement improvements to ensure that the company and its suppliers meet required quality standards
  • Propose and implement Quality objectives and update Quality policy through the Quality Always Program
  • Establish process control as the main vehicle for product consistency
  • Drive high standards throughout the business to ensure that Quality Targets continually improve and ensure Quality is paramount within all operational thinking
  • Liaise with Product Engineering to install: Design Quality, Design & Process FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis)
  • Plan, promote, and deliver training and education programs on Quality to enhance Company performance against targets
  • Interview, select, coach, develop, manage, lead and appraise the performance of Quality Department personnel.

The Person:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in an Engineering discipline
  • Previous Quality experience preferably at a management level; proven track record of delivering quality solutions.
  • Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacuring Certified preferred but not required.
  • 5 plus years of Quality Assurance/ISO Experience, preferable in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience with modern Quality improvement tools – SPC, capability studies, root cause analysis.
