RN-Nurse Manager-Full Time

Overnight Shift

5 days/week

Our client, Andrus-on-Hudson, a well-respected, innovative organization, with a person-centered care culture, located in Westchester County, has engaged us to assist them in finding a talented NYS licensed RN with experience in nursing leadership to assume the role of RN Manager on the Overnight Shift (12am-8am OR 11pm-7am)

This role will have overall supervision and responsibility for the coordination and administration of nursing services during the day shift, ensuring all nursing staff assigned provide the level of care and services expected from this outstanding facility. You will supervise the delivery of clinical care, provide staff support, conduct investigations and audits as needed, and maintain overall compliance of policies, procedures, standards and regulations.

Supported by an excellent team of professionals with longevity and a commitment to serving, this key leadership role will provide supervision, staff support and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure that standards of quality care are achieved on a consistent basis.

Background Experience and Benefits

The selected candidate will possess a valid NYS Registered Nurse license along with a Bachelor's in Nursing strongly preferred. Additionally, you'll have 4 years' experience in an RN role in a sub-acute or long-term care or similar setting, with prior experience as a Charge Nurse, Supervisor, or other similar RN leadership role. Seeking an individual with a leadership style that empowers staff and supports them in achieving excellence, with an interest in promoting high quality patient care services. Finally, you will be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, and willing to receive the booster vaccine if eligible.
